Dr. Radha Iyer is a Professor and the Area Chairperson for the General Management area with K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research (SIMSR). Along with seventeen years of experience in academia, she has a decade plus of industry experience with organizations like The Great Eastern Shipping Company, Marico Industries and Indian Hotels.

She has a Master's in Administration Management ( MAM)  from JBIMS and PhD in Learning & Development from SNDT - Mumbai. She has facilitated management development programmes for various organizations in the areas of human resource management, innovation and entrepreneurship. Her consultancy assignments as an assessor span organizations in the hospitality, tourism, IT, Pharmaceuticals and banking industry. She has been a visiting faculty at IIM Ranchi. She heads the Innovation & Entrepreneurship cell and the base of the pyramid community initiatives at SIMSR.

Dr Irfan Siddavatam received his PhD in Electronics Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai in 2018. He is Associate Professor in Department of Information Technology at K.J.Somaiya College of Engineering, where he has been since 2001. His research interest includes Information and Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain.

Armed with a Bachelors in Science and Education, a Master’s in Science and Education and NET qualified, Ms Rupal Thakkar  is presently working as an Assistant Professor at the K J Somaiya Comprehensive College of Education, Training and Research. A first ranker throughout her course of Education, Ms Thakkar is a vibrant Practitioner of  Educational Psychology, Environmental Education at the B Ed level., Ms Rupal made time to updated her professional skills by acquiring a first class at the PGDME level in 2010. Ms Rupal efficiently handles the Advanced  Educational Psychology course at the M Ed level and Organisational Behavior at the PGDME level. An ardent Environmentalist at heart, she has initiated as well as successfully concluded an assortment of Experiential Learning based  activities as part of the Environmental club  with the panache of an expert.

Dr Pooja Birwatkar has pursued her post doctoral research from Homi Bhabha Centre of Science Education and holds a Ph.D from Centre of Advanced Study in Education (CASE), Baroda. She holds a masters degree in science (Zoology) and Master’s in education from CASE. At Master’s of education level she has been a University topper and secured a distinction along with 2 gold Medals for securing highest percentage. She has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management-(IRPM). Dr Pooja Birwatkar has throughout been meritorious students and earned a junior research fellowship (JRF) from ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research) as well as scholarship from M.S University, Baroda for Ph.D.

Dr. Ninad Dileep Mehendale, is a post doctorate from KIT Germany and currently working as an Associate Professor in the Electronics Department at K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering. Dr. Ninad has offered a variety of next-generation subjects at KJSCE, which are AR-VR Systems, Sound and Music Engineering, 3D Printing Technologies, Advanced DIY electronics, Camera and Optical engineering, and Deep learning with Autonomous vehicles. Prior to KJSCE, He was working as a Scientist with the Institute of Microstructure Technology at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany for 1 year. During this period, he developed a 'Real-Time Microfluidic bioreactor with NMR measurement capabilities'. He also developed a machine-learning algorithm to classify FTIR signals obtained during waste to biofuel production process. He has also worked as faculty at the Vidyalankar Institute of Technology for 6 months and at D.J. Sanghvi College of engineering for 6 years.
